For UK mortgage and commercial finance brokers
Every document collected. Every case understood.
Your clients upload to a portal branded as your firm. SwiftPortal checks each file as it arrives, reads the bank statements and drafts a credit summary with every figure traced to its source. You review it and make the decision.
Early access. No credit card required.

The problem
Half of a case is chasing, checking and re-keying
Documents arrive by email, WhatsApp and photos of paper. Someone has to work out what is missing, what is out of date, and then read months of bank statements line by line.
Collect
One link per applicant, one checklist per case. You always see what has arrived and what is still outstanding.
Check
Wrong, stale or expired documents are caught when they are uploaded, while the applicant is still there to fix them.
Understand
Statements become transactions and signals you can inspect, and a first-draft summary you can edit.
How it works
From first contact to a reviewed case
- 01
Open a case
Pick a case type (residential mortgage, buy-to-let, commercial finance). The details form and the document checklist are set up for you.
- 02
Invite the people on it
Add applicants, directors, guarantors or an accountant. Each gets their own sign-in link by email: no passwords, no app.
- 03
Documents are checked as they arrive
A payslip uploaded as a bank statement is rejected with the reason. Out-of-date and expired documents are flagged, not silently accepted.
- 04
Review the analysis
Bank statements are read into transactions and signals, with a draft credit summary where every figure points to its source.
AI analysis
AI that shows its working
The model reads; code does the sums; you decide. Nothing in a summary is taken on trust.
Numbers calculated, not guessed
Average balance, turnover, returned payments, loan repayments and gambling spend are computed from the transactions in code, in whole pennies.
Click any figure to see the evidence
Each signal opens the exact transactions behind it, and each transaction opens the page of the statement it was read from.
Statements that do not add up are flagged
Opening balance plus credits minus debits must equal the closing balance. If it does not, you are told, and the statement is left out of the totals.
A summary with every claim cited
Each statement in the draft cites the facts it rests on. A claim that cannot be traced, or contains a number that is not in its facts, is removed.
AI drafts. The broker decides.
SwiftPortal describes the data and never advises. It does not recommend a lender, score an applicant or approve anything. Analysis is visible to the broker only, never to the applicant.
Document collection
A portal your clients will actually use
Branded as your firm, on your own address, with nothing to install.
Your branded portal
Your logo and colour on your own subdomain. Clients sign in with a one-time email link.
Case types and checklists
Residential mortgage, buy-to-let and commercial finance cases come with the right details to record and documents to request, adapting to the loan purpose.
Several people per case
Joint applicants, directors, guarantors, accountants and solicitors each get their own access. You choose who is invited.
Your whole team
Invite colleagues as owner, admin, broker or read-only. Assign each case to a broker and filter to your own.
Private by design
Documents are stored privately and opened through short-lived links. Each firm's cases are kept separate from every other firm's.
Property and loan details
Record the property address, loan amount, purchase price and the loan-to-value, calculated for you. They feed the credit summary as facts.
Who it is for
Built for brokers who live in documents
Mortgage brokers
Residential purchase, remortgage and buy-to-let. Proof of income and identity, bank statements, deposit evidence, all collected against one checklist per case.
Commercial finance brokers
Commercial mortgages, bridging, development and asset finance. Company accounts, VAT returns and management accounts, with several directors and guarantors on one case.
Questions brokers ask
Does the AI make credit decisions?
No. It reads and organises documents and drafts a summary of what they show. It never recommends a lender or a decision, and the summary is labelled as an AI draft. The broker decides.
How do you stop the AI getting the numbers wrong?
The model only transcribes: it reads the rows of a statement. Averages, turnover and counts are calculated by ordinary code, statements that do not add up are flagged, and every figure in the summary links to the transactions behind it. A claim in the summary that cannot be traced is removed.
Which documents can it read?
PDF bank statements are read in full. Other documents (ID, payslips, proof of address, VAT returns, management accounts) are identified and checked for age, expiry and whose name is on them. Scanned or photographed statements are not read yet; they are sent to you for manual review.
How accurate is it on real statements?
We have tested it extensively on synthetic statements in several bank-style layouts, and it is early access. Accuracy on real statements from every bank is still being proven, which is why every figure can be checked against the source page in one click.
Do my clients need an account or a password?
No. They open a link emailed to them, sign in with a one-time email link, and see only the cases they are on, at your branded address.
Can the applicant see the AI analysis?
No. Analysis and summaries are visible to the broker only. Applicants see their checklist, their uploads and any case details you choose to show them.
Can several brokers use one firm?
Yes. Invite colleagues as owner, admin, broker or read-only. Everyone in the firm can see the firm's cases, and each case can be assigned to a broker.
